This red oak cutting board has an inlay made up of multiple different woods. Walnut, purple heart, Siberian elm, and sapele are the main types.  The cutting board is 10 inches wide by 13 inches long it is 1 1\2 thick. The finish is a mixture of food grade mineral oil and beeswax.  So it is perfectly healthy to use for food prep, and a beautiful piece for display.
